At JS Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting us directly.

• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrongly delivered items.

• Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order with proof (photos or videos).

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Returns

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for used or worn jewelry.

• Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products will be covered by us.

• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless defective.
