• Remote or rural areas may take longer.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on prepaid orders.
  

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your order’s status.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos for verification.

• Lost packages will be replaced or refunded after investigation with the courier.
